We are a condominium association, so the outsides of our houses are owned and maintained by the community as a whole.
Front view of our house - note a full roof of solar panels, which generate us around $400-$500 in SREC credits each quarter!
Rear view, showing our shared link with our neighbors at 125.
The tree reaching towards the upstairs windows is an amazing peach tree which gives us bushels and bushels of sweet fruit each August! We can barely keep up with canning, freezing and eating! We also share plenty with our neighbors. Other edible landscaping abounds, including a 3-variety cherry, an Asian pear, blueberries and abundant yellow raspberries.
Oh, and we almost forgot the hardy kiwi vines over our deck arbor!
Our lovely deck, with a perfect summer eating place. (The kiwi arbor is above the viewer's head.)
The backyard has a little pond feature inhabited by frogs.
