Interior - First Floor

Our warm and colorful living room.  Note the generous window seat which has three large storage drawers beneath.  French doors lead to the Second Volume Addition, pictured below.

This room is 12x14 and includes a nice-sized closet.  It could be used as bedroom, an office, a playroom, an away room - whatever you need.

Here is our dining room, with a large south-facing bumpout.  The bumpout is tiled so it makes a great space for indoor plants.

This shows the space connecting the living and dining areas, featuring a Hearthstone Homestead soapstone wood stove.  The stove is our primary heat source and easily warms the entire first and second floors on even the coldest days.

Three views of our kitchen, which also faces south.  We used local Goshen stone (crows' foot variety) for our counters.

And, finally, the "powder room" or first floor half-bath.
